Lanvin for H&M Coming this Autumn 2010

While it would be grand to show the looks from the forthcoming and almost surprising collection by Lanvin for H&M, we’ll have to wait until next week. In the meantime, it is well worth noting that Lanvin’s Lucas Ossendrijver sees this collection as H&M going “luxury” rather than Lanvin going “public.” From our view both are very true.

“Designed by Lanvin’s artistic director Alber Elbaz, and mens wear designer Lucas Ossendrijver the collection will go on sale in around 200 H&M stores. It will be launched November 20th in North America and on November 23rd in the rest of the world. The col lection of both womenswear and menswear will be revealed to the world on November 2, just three weeks before the clothes hit the store, making the launch of Lanvin for H&M among the most antici pated fashion events of the year.”
